For over 20 years our Revenue Services team has been providing our Clients with a trustworthy, reliable and professional service. We are a relatively small Company who can therefore provide that ‘personal touch’.
Unlike many other agencies, we fully employ our full-time Enforcement Agents, who are all fully CRB checked. Every one of our agents always carry official photographic and County Court Certification identification. This means that every recovery process is carried out discreetly and professionally by our staff, who are fully insured and accountable to Revenue Services. Our staff are trained to be firm but fair. We train every employee, via internal and external examinations, to the highest standards and operate under the Ministry of Justice, CIVEA and our own code of conduct, in addition to each client’s specifications for collecting outstanding debt.
To achieve a high level of collection it is absolutely essential to maintain a good relationship between our clients and their customers, and we tailor our approach to each individual case. This has led to Landlords returning to use our services time and time again. Revenue Services is proud to receive this repeat business and this enhances the ongoing relationships with our Clients.
All our staff work within the Laws of Distress and the National Enforcement Standards and Code of Practice. We take confidentiality seriously and we have procedures in place to ensure all of our operations work within the legislation of the Data Protection Act.
