My name is James Cohen and I am the Managing Director of Revenue Services, and a Certificated Enforcement Agent.

I was an acting Sergeant in the Light Infantry for nearly 12 years.  After I left the Army (as by then I was married with 2 Children) I became an Enforcement Agent, working for companies such as Madigan’s, and then Rundles, (who we still work in conjunction with now).    I loved the work and decided to start up my own Company back in 1997 and have never looked back.  I cannot imagine myself doing anything else.  

20+ years on and I am so proud of the team we have now, and the work we do for our Clients.  We like to give that personal touch and are always willing to go that extra mile to ensure the Client is happy with the result.

In my spare time I enjoy “getting away from it all” in my caravan and going out on my rib bass fishing and  I also enjoy clay pigeon shooting

My name is Ann.    I have worked for the Company since it was founded in 1997.   I am responsible for the accounts, PAYE etc, and also deal with general queries/payments over the telephone.   I have been married for over 25 years and have 2 children and 4 beautiful grandchildren

I have seen many changes in the Bailiff industry over the years and has seen Revenue Services grow with those changes and evolve into a Company I am proud to work for.

I have recently cut my hours down so that I can look after my elderly Mother and spend more time with my Grandchildren.   I also enjoy weekends away in my Caravan in Devon.

My name is Nicky.  I am the Operational Director of Revenue Services and have worked for the Company since 2005 when I started as an Administrative Assistant, and worked my way up.

In 2008 I decided to also become a Certificated Enforcement Agent, and enjoy both of my roles within the Company, and the variety this gives me.

I find the work challenging and no two days are the same.

I often get asked “why would you want to do a job like that?”    My reply is always the same – “it is not how it is portrayed on the television, and because I like dealing with a lot of different people from all walks of life it is very interesting work”

Contrary to popular belief, this job is not about how big you are, or how intimidating you are – far from it.  The job is about negotiation, and how you deal with people.  And that’s the part of the job which goes a long way for me.  That, and the satisfaction of getting money back which is owed to our Clients.

In my spare time I must confess to being somewhat of a box set addict.   I also love spending time with my Family and Friends, going to watch live music, and enjoy travelling.

My name is Mandy and I am a Mum of 2 lovely teenage girls , and looking forward to getting married again in 2020.

I have worked for Revenue Services since 2012 as an Administrative Assistant and am responsible for booking the work in and out, answering the phones, dealing with queries and taking payments amongst other things.

I love working for Revenue Services as we are like a little family, all get on well and work is an enjoyable place to be.

In my spare time I like jewellery making and quality time with my Family.

My name is Neil.   I am married and have 3 children, all of whom I am immensely proud.

I worked as a Bailiff previously, before leaving to pursue a career in security, but eventually missed the pull of the job, and the variety it brings.   I had worked for James previously so re-joined Revenue Services back in 2013 and am so glad I did as I love the job.  Each day brings a new challenge, a new situation that you may not have come across before, and it is most certainly never boring. 

The best thing for me is giving the Client the good news that we have got their money for them, and seeing the look of satisfaction on their face

My spare time is spent with my Family, but I also enjoy fishing and socialising.

My name is James Cohen (Junior).  I am a qualified Chef and was previously a Head Chef.  I am married with a young Son and Daughter.  My Father is the Managing Director of Revenue Services

I have grown up with my Dad running his own Bailiff Company and saw his daily enthusiasm for the job and the challenges each day brought.    When I got married I wanted a career that gave me more sociable hours than my Head Chef job did, and so joined Revenue Services as a Certificated Enforcement Agent back in 2014.

It is a job that “keeps you on your toes” and I really enjoy it, even though it is a complete change from my previous career.   You never know what the next call is going to bring, how the next person is going to react, and the satisfaction is great when you close the case successfully for the Client.  

In my spare time, my Children keep me busy.  I also enjoy relaxing on my X-Box and clay pigeon shooting.

My name is Ben.   I have previously worked for other Bailiff companies but am very pleased to have now joined Revenue Services Ltd.

I enjoy the variety that each day and each new job brings, and the satisfaction when you have collected that full payment for the Client.   This job isn’t for everybody, but I enjoy it immensely.  I also work on the weekend as Head Bouncer for a large holiday park.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my Wife, hiking and golf.
